Ruirun Machinery recently completed a high-speed automatic wet glove production line for a customer producing multi-pack wet gloves.
The line is designed for a capacity of 300–400 gloves per minute and can pack 3–10 wet gloves in one sachet, making it suitable for customers who need both high output and flexible pack quantities.
Production Process
Raw Material Rolls → Glove Welding → Glove Wetting → Glove Cutting → Automatic Stacking → Conveying → Sachet Sealing → Finished Product

Flexible Multi-Pack Production
The packaging system allows the customer to adjust the number of gloves per sachet according to the product requirement. This makes the line suitable for different pack sizes, such as 3, 5, 8 or 10 gloves per pack.
