A Korean wet wipe manufacturer installed a complete automatic individual pack wet wipe production line from Ruirun Machinery.
The project consists of 4 sets of RRT-260A high-speed wet wipe machines connected with 1 automatic baling machine. The production line is designed for continuous mass production of individual packaged wet wipes, with a total output of approximately 1,200 pcs/min.
After commissioning, the production line achieved a stable production capacity of around 576,000 pcs per 8-hour shift.

Uses sensors to identify abnormal products, including empty packs or incomplete packaging, and removes them automatically.
This inspection system helps ensure that each finished wet wipe pack meets the customer's production requirements.
