2018:This Indian customer met us in exhibition in 2018,the team was impressed by our Automatic Cutlery Packing Machine.They decided to visit our company after exhibition,after checked our processing facilities & workshop & offices,they decide to buy one machine.The process went more smooth than we expected.
We dispatched one engineer to India and help them install the machine within 5 days,the result was positive.
2019:They use our machine to do normal production and purchase another machine to expand their business.
2020:Due to the Covid-19,the factory was blocked by government for a month,when they resume working,they decide to buy another 2 machines.They think people would prefer to use disposable cutlery set in hotel,restaurant,and take away food.
