The machine RRT-260C is designed as automatic packaging solution for 1-10pcs pack Wet Wipes. It is widly used in cosmetic, pharmacy, cleaning industry.

The machine production rate is up to 600 tissues/min, one of our newest machines to local and global markets.

Parts detail:

(1)Forming Tunnel

It can be fit to different rewind film sizes by tool-free adjustment. Help user to save time as most as possible when switch packing dimension.

Other machines can not be adjustable to fit with different sizes.

Cutter on the right side is fasten (no movement), cutter on the left side is rotary move, similar as a scissor. By this kind of design, the collision pressure is lower between cutters, and lower noise. The bearing control the cutter can be using for longer life. In real production, our cutter could produce 5-10 millions of wet wipes before replacement.

Normal Collision Type cutter, because of unreasonable design, the collision pressure is high between cutters, so cause the higher noise,shorter using life. It needs to change the cutter and bearing more often. Normally, it can only produce less than 1 million of wet wipes for one set of new cutter. As the replacement of cutter and bearing is a complex work, it will make great effect on the stable production.

(2)Heating sealing device

Heating Wheel is more reasonable design than Heating Copper,no special requirement for packaging film, the heating process is clean and efficient, the regular speed up to 180-230 packs/min.

Other supplier's sealing device:

Nomral supplier use Heating Copper system,it has higher requirement for packaging film, if the film changes, it may have problem. The copper needs to separate and close continuously, it could be more wear and tear, thus the control bearing could be more wear and tear. A small amount of melted packaging film will stick on the copper, it makes the film driving process not smooth, sachet sealing not even, therefore the final sachet would not be beautiful. Please refer to ''1'' for copper sealing system in the below photo.

(3)Slip Ring Protection System

We use a Slip Ring to control the electric heating for wheels, no leakage of electricity, make production more safe.

Rare of other suppliers use this kind of system in the market.

(4)Temperature Controller

We use 4 pcs of individual temperature controllers to control up and down sachet cutter, it is more stable to use 1 heater to control 1 cutter, the temperature would be more precise, make the cutting process more stable and the final packaging sachet more beautiful.

Other suppliers use only 2 pcs of controllers (refer to ''3'' in the photo of page 3), in this way, there would be a little temperature difference between upper and down cutters, so it will make effect on the stable of machine.

(5)Cutting Device

Rotary type of heating cutter, ensure the cutting process fast and neat. Control by servo motor.

(6)Machine Base Material

Machine made of stainless steel for the base, higher than normal wet wipe standard.

Other suppliers usually use carbon steel to save their cost.

(7)Film Splicing Device

4 sets of servo motors with servo drivers on machine to control the driving, pulling and cutting process, ensure the stable performance and high speed. The speed of machine can reach 370packs per min.

Intellegient photo electric sensor to ensure every sachet with same size, improve the wet wipe quality.
