This equipment removes the static electricity on paper roll raw material, avoid the paper stick on the driving rollers, make sure the driving process goes smooth continously.

Tissue Emboss Device

This part can make emboss on the paper, so make it as dry tissue.

Special design emboss is available with extra cost, like flower, company logo etc.

Induction ion air bar

This equipment removes the static electricity on folded dry tissue, avoid the stick on the driving rollers, make sure the driving process goes smooth continously.

Tissue Folder
It is made by stainless steel,it can fold the tissue with 2-8 folding, so make machine workable with wide range tissue size.

Automatic Toothpick Feeding Packing System
This device allows user to put toothpick and packing material only, then the system will finish feeding and packing process. It has its individual PLC and touch screen and two sensors, control by servo motor. With the help of advanced parts, it works perfectly with main machine.

Spoon Working Station (can work with knife & folk)

This device allows user to put plastic or bamboo or wooden spoon in the feeder only, then the system will finish the rest process. It has its individual PLC and touch screen and sensors, control by servo motor. With the help of advanced parts,it works perfectly with main machine.

Film Driving and Sealing System

We use individual temperature controller to make machine workable with different kinds & different thickness of packing film, such as OPP, Paper/PE/PET, PE, PE/PET, etc.

It works with servo motor, when user stop the produciton, the machine will complete the last cycle movement, so it helps user to re-start machine fast without material waste.

2. If we buy automatic cutlery set packing machine from you, can you set up the machine in our factory?

Yes, we will dispatch engineer to your factory site to install machine and give technical training for how to maintain the machines.

But in 2020,due to Covid-19 pandemic,we are not able to send our technican to go abroad, we mainly support installation by videos and photos.

When the international travel become normal, our engineer will be available for global installation service.

3. If we buy machine from you, can you provide shipping service and buy insurance?

Yes, we are able to provide complete shipping service to your sea port, including insurance and documents support.

4. What information should we provide before official order?

As the size and shape of cutlery set is usually different from different customer, so we require customer to provide actual samples for testing purpose. Normally 300-500 pcs of forks & knifes & spoons & toothpicks would be good.
