1. Can this machine pack more than 5 individual tableware items in one bag?

Yes, it can pack 10 items in one bag,this machine can add individual feeders for different items, like spoon, knife, fork, chopsticks, napkin, wet tissue, salt & pepper etc.

2. If we buy automatic tableware set packing machine from you, can you install the machine in our factory?

Yes, we will dispatch engineer to your factory site to install machine and povide technical training.

But in 2020, due to Covid-19 pandemic, we are not able to send our technican to go abroad, we mainly support installation by videos and photos. Almost every customer set up the machine successfully through this way.

When the international travel become normal, we will resume the on-site service.

3. What things should we prepare before machine land in our factory?

4. What information should we provide before official order?

As the size and shape of tableware set is usually different from different customer, so we require customer to provide actual samples for testing purpose. Normally 300-500 pcs of forks & knives & spoons & toothpicks would be good.
