This produciton line is for making casister wipe, the process will be as below:

1. Slit the raw material non woven with 50-150pcs per roll

2. Loading wipe roll in the bottle by manually

3. Filling liquid in bottle by machine

4. Capping on bottle

5. Labeling on bottle

This machine is for loading nonwoven raw material and slitting it in a wipe roll with 50-150pcs automatically.

Use:

This machine is for filling liquid and bottle sealing,it uses special sealing system which will seal the bottle two times,so ensure the sealing is strong, keep the wet wipe function for long time.

The sealing temperature range is 0-400 degrees.
